Archiving costs

easybill stores your documents for you indefinitely and in compliance with GoBD regulations, as long as you have an active plan or, as a free user, cover the resulting archiving costs. Archiving fees for the total number of documents stored in your account are billed monthly.

Yes, your easybill package can be cancelled at any time directly via the account. Click on the user menu and “Manage account”. There will then be no further renewal at the end of the package term.

No, cancelling the account only terminates the paid package. The account remains in the free Free package. You will continue to have access to data and documents as long as the Free account is actively used.

To be able to test all features, our 7-day free trial phase always includes the Premium package.

The cost-free Free package does not need to be booked. It activates automatically at the end of your trial phase.

Yes, your easybill package is automatically renewed for the chosen period unless you change your package or cancel. This ensures that your invoicing continues without interruption.

At easybill, your data is in the best hands. Your data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany and protected by modern encryption standards. As an additional security measure, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to you.

No, by booking the annual package and the associated discount, you only pay once in advance for the entire year.

All listed features are included in the packages. For the unlimited, GoBD-compliant storage of your documents, additional archiving costs apply. These are listed in the archiving costs table.

Additional costs may apply through the use of our add-ons such as the Flex option, staff accounts, or SEPA transaction fees. Please refer directly to the price overview for prices. Shipping credit can be booked separately and actively. You have full cost control at all times.

All paid packages are available on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. You decide on the package term.

The billing period is individual and depends on the date of your contract conclusion.

Example: If you signed up for your package on 13.04., the period from 13.04. to 12.05. will be taken into account when counting your documents.

Within this billing period, your document quota will be counted.

All prices are net plus VAT.

For each processed order/return that exceeds the quota included in the package, an additional charge of €0.29 will be made.

Figures refer to the calculation period for limits.
